Amy Lu is a practicing attorney in Taiwan. Since receiving her master’s degree in criminal law from Soochow University in 2020, she has accumulated considerable practical experience in criminal prosecution and criminal defense, involving diverse niche criminal matters such as fraud, injury, sexual violence, and food safety regulations. She also has experience in civil litigations. She has worked on breach of contract disputes, labor disputes, enforcement, family law, estate planning, and insurance lawsuits.

Additionally, Ms. Lu has extensive experience in regulatory compliance across a wide range of industries. Clients include cosmetic medicine clinics, skincare products manufacturers, pharmacies, food suppliers, restaurants, and bars. In addition to reviewing commercial contracts, she is familiar with medical law, pharmaceutical law, food and medical regulations, medical equipment regulations, foreigners’ entry procedures into Taiwan, and the practices and regulations of the Taiwan Department of Health. Ms. Lu also drafts and reviews advertising contracts, and helps clients expand business operations, consistently seeking to provide clients the most effective legal advice to maximize their commercial interests while steering clear of legal pitfalls.
