Mr. Yeh holds a master's degree from National Chengchi University. His graduate studies focused on civil procedure, rules of evidence, corporate law, and labor law. His thesis discussed the Commercial Case Adjudication Act, recently amended by the Taiwan legislature, and analyzed the legal dimensions to issues of trade secrets protection between Taiwan and the United States.

Since the beginning of his legal practice, Mr. Yeh focused on civil litigation, criminal defense, and insurance disputes. In addition to litigation matters, Mr. Yeh has also assisted Taiwanese companies in managing litigation matters pending in foreign courts, and has drafted legal documents (including joint venture agreements, confidentiality agreements, and loan agreements) for various Taiwanese companies.

Additionally, Mr. Yeh has conducted due diligence for stock purchase transactions, assisted banks in preparing syndicated loan agreements, and handled corporate bankruptcy cases.
